small disc shaped badge resin coated badge with printed depiction of a gray green central disc with W.B.C at centre the area has a yellow sun shape encircling 2/3rds of the central shape with a black bowling ball at the top. beneath the central shape is a white ribbon banner with fine yellow edging with "Whangarei" written on it beneath the is a slightly upward curved maroon band with the year "1947" on it in white
