Description
2cm wide ribbon with a metal spring hook on a swivel, the swivel "D" is sewn into the middle of the ribbon band which has a 3 tone blue decoration printed onto the fabric with printed in white "XVI Pacific Games" on one half of the ribbon and "Samoa 2019" on the other. At the top of the ribbon is a plastic breakaway buckle. There is a small Samoan logo near the metal clip
