Blue woman's blazer with standard notch lapel, two lower patch pockets with an upper pocket patch on left breast. On the upper pocket is a green fabric patch with a circular embroidered border featuring "MANAWATU WOMENS BOWLING CENTRE LEVIN CENTRE". There is a central design with a coat of arms, two strands of leaves and a lion on top. There are two brass coloured buttons on the front.
