Trophy with circular wooden base made of two types of wood fashioned and turned together. On the top of the base if a two dimensional chromed cut-out of a woman bowler crouching with a bowling ball. Around the centre are seven metal plates with the names of trophy holders. The front has "SHAND TROPHY Auckland Ladies Bowling Club Champion".
