Black woman's blazer with standard notch lapels, welt pockets at the front bottom and a left breast patch pocket. There are three silver coloured buttons on the front and two small buttons on each sleeve.
The front pocket patch is embroidered in white with a silver fern and "NEW ZEALAND AUSTRALIAN GAMES 1985". Below this are two patches with "PACIFIC GAMES AUSTRALIA 1985" and "PACIFIC GAMES P.N.G 1987".
