Description

Small measuring tool. Spool has been fashioned from two coins attached to a bullet shaped plastic housing. Coins feature "VI King Emporor George". Plastic has faint markings with "R ROLPH co London, No288024 Made in England" this looks to have been part of a Taylor-Rolph measure at some point and been repaired and altered using the coins at a later date string and other pointer are missing
