Bowling Ball

Bowls - wooden with bone/ivory inserts these disc have "S" engraved into them the larger has a fancy border the smaller has 2 lines around the edge. The Bowls are imprinted with Thomas - Rolph co ltd, London, set 85, bias 3, full, and 5 1/2 around the small disc there is a decorative band around the small disc at the edg of which is impressed "Imp brand".
Around the large disc is 2 rows of decoration . on the face of the bowl can just be seen an imprint of a testing stamp "Scottish Bowling Association"
carrier - brown square leather case with metal and leather handle on top with 2 belt straps on which the handle slides. has a metal locking mechanism
