Raised embossed plaque with a nad-painted depiction of a coronet consisting of a gold circlet topped by thistle-heads over a shield with a knight on a horse being held by a priest and a white and gold unicorn with a red collar with a tag on collar with the white and blue cross of Scotland with the banner Virtue et Opera (by Virtue and deeds)

Engraved on a brass label is "Fife Regional Council - New Zealand Bowling Association, Methilhill Bowling Club, Fife, Scotland, June 1991.

Written on a ribbon shape at the base of the plaque is "Fife Regional Council".
