Bowling Ball

A wooden lawn bowl with an silver centre surrounded by a border of ringed ornamentation on the wood. On one side of the bowl the silver centre features "Prize Bowls, Presented by Mr James Paul, Won by C.J. Newman " with an elaborate engraved border that is then fringed by a wavy border on the wood. On the other side of the bowl the silver centre features "New Plymouth Bowling Club 1886" with an engraved border on the silver fringed by a wavy border in the wood. There is a faint marking stamped on the bowl "NZBA 20 TAR"
